North Central Missouri College is planning group trips for spring/early summer in 2015 and 2016.
Costa Rica is the destination in June 2015 and a European trip is being developed for May 2016. Members of the public are invited to participate in either or both trips and do not need to be college students to join.
An informational meeting for the European trip has been set for Thursday, Oct. 23 at 7 p.m. in the Sugg Room of the Ketcham Community Center on the NCMC campus. The preliminary dates for the trip are May 19-28, 2016 and countries on the itinerary are Germany, Italy and Switzerland, with an optional extension to France. Those who have travelled with NCMC on past trips (Italy, Great Britain/Scotland and, most recently, The K in Kansas City) are encouraged to attend the meeting.
Both trips are being developed through EF College Study Tours, a professional tour group which provides guidance for international experiences at a reasonable cost. Scott Keith, psychology/sociology instructor at NCMC ([email protected]), is the contact person for the Costa Rica trip, and NCMC Development Director Teresa Cross ([email protected]) is the contact for the European trip.
Information on both can been seen at www.efcollegestudytours.com. Costa Rica is trip #1539776SX and Germany/Italy/Switzerland is trip #1608858ra.
