During the week of Sept. 9-12, the conservation class at Trenton High School got the opportunity to go out to the Trenton Trap and Skeet Range. On Monday, Sept. 8, Scott Roy and Adam Brandsgard informed the class about the importance of tap shooting safety and gun handling. The rest of the week we went out to the trap range and learned the basics from Dick Thompson. During this week each student got the chance to shoot for the first time or brush up on their trap skills. The most improved Trap Shooter was Sean Pruitt. The best shot of the week was Derek Stimpson. (Submitted by Sadie Roy)
