Susan Belle Pack, a 76-year-old resident of Salem, OR, died on Friday, Sept. 26, 2014 in Salem.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2014 at the Virgil T. Golden Chapel in Salem.
Visitation is under way at the funeral home.
Mrs. Bell was born on Nov. 23, 1937 in Grundy County, the daughter of Frank and Dorothy Mann.
She is survived by her husband, Billy; a sister, Martha (Paul) Nesbitt; five nieces and nephews; and three step-daughters.
