Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce President Debbie Carman has announced that the Missouri Day Festival has been expanded this year to include Friday evening.
Vendors will be open for the public to have one extra evening to browse their booths, one more evening to enjoy eating at the 20 food vendor booths available. Friday evening will also include the Chamber Pie Baking contest held at the festival grounds. Entries will be accepted from 5 to 6 p.m., with the public tasting planned for 7 to 9 p.m. There will be a $5 fee to participate in the tasting.
There will also be food demonstrations, including noodle making, pie crust making and cupcake decorating.
