Judge Steven D. Hudson
Brandon W. Maberry, 16, Trenton, pleaded guilty to peace disturbance and was fined $250 and $37.50 costs.
Brandon K. Kleihauer, 17, Hamilton, pleaded guilty to failing to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle and was fined $25.50 and $37.50 costs.
Jackson S. Anderson, 21, Trenton, pleaded guilty to having no state driver’s license when required and was fined $75.50 and $37.50 costs.
James M. Stevens, St. Joseph, pleaded guilty to property damage and was fined $50.50, $37.50 costs and is to pay $254 restitution.
Robert L. Wood, 42, Browning, did not appear in court on a charge of trespassing and had the fine and costs taken from his bond.
Gregory D. Beavers, 53, Trenton, pleaded guilty to stealing and first degree trespassing and was sentenced to serve 10 days in the Grundy County Detention Center on each charge.
Tyler D. Vanderfhof, 18, Cainsville, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $300 and $37.50 costs.
Jimmy D. Hilt, 28, Trenton, pleaded guilty to stealing and was sentenced to serve 10 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with the sentence to run concurrently with those handed down in two unrelated cases.
Donald D. Shipley, 59, Trenton, pleaded guilty to assault and was sentenced to serve seven days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. He is to have no contact with the victim and pay $37.50 costs.
