Associate Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Drake A. Kately, 22, Galt, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of second degree burglary, with arraignment set for Sept. 18.
Lori M. Herrity, 38, Spickard, waived her preliminary hearing and had her case bound over to the Circuit Division on charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. Arraignment is scheduled for Sept. 18.
John W. Rothwell, 46, Missouri Department of Corrections, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of passing bad checks. Arraignment was set for Oct. 16.
Pete Thrun, 40, Trenton, waived his preliminary hearing and pleaded guilty to passing bad checks, with another count of passing bad checks dismissed. He is to pay a $200 fine, $116.50 costs and restitution of $140.
Delores McPherson, 56, Trenton, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $200, $116.50 costs and is to pay $636.26 restitution. Two other counts of passing bad checks were dismissed.

Judge Steven D. Hudson
Jesse W. Branstetter, 17, Trenton, pleaded guilty to spinning his tires and was fined $25.50 and $37.50 costs.
