Brandi Glosser vs. Saint Luke’s Hospital of Trenton. The case, which involves personal injury-malpractice, has been set for a jury trial on Sept. 15, 2015. Linn County Associate Judge Terry A. Tschannen has been appointed to hear the case.
Kenneth J. Pate, 51, Galt, had his case moved to Daviess County on a change of venue, with the next court appearance scheduled for Sept. 8. He is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.
