Ronald Eugene “Ronnie” Davis, a 67-year-old resident of Trenton, died on Monday, Aug. 11, 2014 at the Eastview Manor Care Center in Trenton following a fight with lung cancer.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 15, 2014 at the Eagleville Masonic Cemetery in Eagleville with Rev. Phillip Davis officiating.
Mr. Davis was born on Feb. 26, 1947 in Fairfield, CA, the first son of Frank and Dorothy Trammell Davis. He attended Culver-Stockton College then barber school. In later life he was baptized and obtained a ministry license.
He is survived by his siblings, Leo (Mary) Davis and Sandra (Joe) Hamilton of Trenton, James (Cindy) Davis of Virginia Beach, VA and Phillip (Sue) Davis of El Dorado Springs; and many nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, OC and Blanche Trammel and Alfred and Myrtle Davis.
