Pamela Gannan, LPN, of Chillicothe, has received her In-Home Certified Manager certificate from the state of Missouri.
Ms. Gannan is the In-Home Program Manager for Serve Link Home Care of Trenton. The certification from the Missouri Medicaid Audit and Compliance Unit recognizes her successful completion of State Provider Certification Training.
Ms. Gannan has been employed with Serve Link since 2010 and provided in-home and home health nursing services to Livingston, Linn and Grundy County patients since that time. In December 2013 she was hired as Serve Link’s In-Home Program Manager and supervises over 65 home care aides throughout the Green Hills Region. The In-Home program provides personal care, homemaker chore, respite and nursing services to Missouri Medicaid, Veteran’s Administration, Northwest Missouri Area Agency on Aging and Private Pay clients.
