The following cases were heard by Judge Jerri Bush (retired) in the absence of Judge Hudson:
Robin D. Betz, Trenton, pleaded guilty to allowing a dog to run at large and was fined $100 and $37.50 costs.
Dale L. McPherson, Trenton, pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to serve five days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. He is also to pay $37.50 costs.
Gregory A. Johnson, Trenton, pleaded guilty to second degree trespassing and was fined $25.50 and $37.50 costs.
Jeremy J. Osburn, 19, Trenton, pleaded guilty to stealing and was sentenced to serve five days in the Grundy County Detention Center. He also pleaded guilty to second degree trespassing and was sentenced to serve 15 days in the GCDC, with the sentences to run concurrently. He was given credit for time served and costs were waived.
Jason R. Dewey, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to first degree trespassing and was fined $25.50 and $37.50 costs.
Russell D. Ellis, Trenton, pleaded guilty two counts of first degree trespassing and was sentenced to serve 16 days in the Grundy County Detention Center on each charge. Costs were waived.
Jessie D. Doolin, Trenton, pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to serve 15 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. Costs were waived.
Cara Leininger, Trenton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $10.50 and $37.50 costs.
