Judge Steven D. Hudson
Jamie L. Wilson, 43, Trenton, and Donald C. Kramer, 83, Powersville, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and were fined $10.
Pleading guilty to amended charges of operating a vehicle with defective brakes and fined $200 and $68.50 costs were Grace M. Horn, 20, Lee’s Summit, and Kayla M. Gibson, 24, Brookfield.
Heather M. Fenton, 39, McFall, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle with the Director of Revenue and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a motor vehicle with defective brakes and was fined $200 and $68.50 costs.
Kaili R. Morin, 24, Humphreys, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle for which financial responsibility was not maintained dismissed.
