Building Board Takes Action On Properties

The Trenton Building and Nuisance Board met on Monday night, taking action on several properties.
Following a public hearing, the board voted to declare a public nuisance on properties at 427 W. 13th St., owned by Edward and Penny Jones; 506 Grundy St., owned by James Smith; and 1214 Shanklin Ave., owned by Kenny and Ronda Howard.
