Building, Nuisance Board To Meet

The Building and Nuisance Board of the Trenton City Council will meet at 6 p.m. on Monday at city hall.
Items on the agenda include a public hearing for declaration of nuisances for properties at 427 W. 13th St., 506 Grundy St. and 1214 Shanklin Ave.; declaration of nuisances for property at 615 W. Fourth St., 702 E. Fifth St. and 905 Rural Street; certificate of existence of a dangerous building for properties at 119 Kavanaugh, 431 W. 13th St. and 3915 Oklahoma Ave.; discussion of the 2014-15 demolition program; an update on current structures; and an update on nuisances.
