Missouri Department of Transportation crews will be busy this week with road projects in Grundy and Mercer counties.
In Grundy County, pothole patching will take place on Tuesday on Route C, from Highway 65 to Route A and from Tuesday to Friday on Route V, from Route K to Highway 6. There will also be pothole patching on various routes during the week as well as sign operations on Routes Y and Z, spraying on various routes and mowing on Routes V, NN, W, O and WW.
In Mercer County, Route B continues to be closed from Highway 136 to the Iowa state line for culvert replacement, which will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. Mowing will be done on Routes A, U, D, P, B, WW, V and N and there will be striping on various routes. Bridge maintenance will be taking place on Highway 136 at the West Muddy Creek, Weldon Fork and Grand River Overflow bridges, with temporary signals installed to direct traffic.
