The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a hearing at 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 4 at city hall to hear a request for a conditional use permit.
Mark Ledbetter is asking for the permit, which would allow him to erect a 4-foot by 8-foot business sign on property at 1618 Mable St.
