Rhonda Berince Ashby, 47, Independence, and Tyna Marie Richie, 28, Chillicothe, both pleaded guilty to amended charges of defective equipment and were each fined $68.50 and $51.50 costs. Both had original charges of speeding.
Zachary Bryant Scott, 22, Trenton, had a charge involving a state traffic ticket dismissed.
