Help Needed For Technology Exhibit

Apr 24, 2014 | Grundy County Museum, Headline News

The 2014 featured Grundy County Museum exhibit will investigate how electronic technology affects our lives and present the devices that have evolved during the last 40 years. To better understand how these technologies have changed our lives, the museum is soliciting stories from the public about the impact of computers, cell phones, social media, games, the Internet, PDAs, tablets, recorders, digital players, etc. on their work, social and personal life.
Persons can participate in the survey by e-mailing their response to any or all of the following questions to [email protected] or by mail to Grundy County Museum, 1100 Mable St., Trenton MO 64683. No names are necessary, but persons are asked to indicate their sex and age. Information received may be used in the technology exhibit. Any amusing and entertaining stories concerning adapting technology will be appreciated.
Questions being asked include “How has electronic technology changed your work and career?”; “How has electronic technology changed how you interact and communicate with other people?”; “How has electronic technology changed how you receive national, state and local news?”; and “How has electronic technology changed how you are entertained?”
