The Grundy County Nursing Home District Board of Directors will hold its regular monthly and annual meetings on Monday, April 28 at 3:30 p.m. in the conference room of the Sunnyview Nursing Home and Apartments.
The annual meeting will include the election of officers while the agenda for the regular meeting includes trash bids, the budget, by-laws, RCF construction and the administrator’s and RCF reports. An executive session for legal and personnel is also planned.
The board of directors of Senior City, Inc., a non-profit arm of the nursing home district, will also hold its annual meeting that evening following the regular board meeting. The only items on the announced agenda are approval of minutes and election of officers.
