Carrie A. McClain, 35, Trenton, waived her preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Her case was set for May 15.
Vernon L. Brenda, 41, Corydon, IA, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with defective equipment and was fined $200 and $68.50 costs.
Misty Fairchild, 30, Trenton, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $200 and $116.50 costs. She is to make restitution of $50 to the prosecutor’s office.
Joshua Rosemann, 23, Kearney, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of non-support. His arraignment was set for May 15.
Paula K. Whitt, 49, Trenton, pleaded guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement, to fraudulent use of a credit or debit device and was fined $200 and $116.50 costs.
John J. Brown, 36, Galt, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Arraignment was set for May 15.
Jack Kabura, 39, Kansas City, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license and was fined $37.50 and $68.50 costs.
