The 10th annual Wright Memorial Hospital Foundation Charity Golf Tournament will be held on Friday, June 13 at Riverside Country Club in Trenton.
Each year the hospital tournament raises money for a specific piece of medical equipment to benefit patients in the region. This year’s proceeds will support the “Equipped for the Future” Campaign, an initiative to raise funds to purchase a new OB Centralized Monitoring System and Ultrasound Machine for Wright Memorial. The tournament’s goal is to raise $20,000.
The three-person scramble tournament has two tee-time options, 7:30 a.m. or 1 p.m. Contests, prizes, giveaways, food and beverages are all provided during the event.
Over the tournament’s nine year history the event has raised over $100,000, purchasing equipment each year such as an Infant Warmer for OB, cautery machine for Surgery and lifts like the Standing And Raising Aid (SARA) and Maxi Move for Physical Therapy.
