The Trenton Spring Trap League held its second week of shooting on Thursday at the trap/skeet range in north Trenton. Todd Shanks was the top overall shooter on the night, hitting 49-of-50 targets. Ron McNeel hit all 25 targets to lead the field from the 16-yard line and Larry Meyers hit 24-of-25 targets to pace the field from the handicap line.
In the team standings, the Weldon River Gun Club maintained its lead with 356 points. Farmers Bank sits in second with 339 points and Triangle C Ranch rounds out the top three with 332.
