Photo Courtesy of Third Judicial Circuit Court The Third Judicial Circuit Court, which is comprised of Grundy, Mercer, Harrison and Putnam counties, has received the Daniel O’Toole and Permanency awards. This is the ninth time the Third Circuit has received the O’Toole Award, which recognizes circuits for efficiently managing and processing cases, and the third time to receive the Permanency Award, which recognizes circuits for successfully holding timely hearings in child abuse and neglect cases. The honor was presented recently during a special ceremony at the Mercer County Courthouse.
