The Trenton City Council and the Building and Nuisance Board will hold meetings on Monday evening at Trenton City Hall.
The Building and Nuisance Board is scheduled to meet at 6 o’clock while the council will meet at 7 o’clock. Items on the Building and Nuisance Board agenda include and update on the current demolition project, discussion of the Troy Hanes properties and timeline, an update on nuisances and declaration of nuisances on properties at 1214 Shanklin Ave., 1216 Shanklin Ave., 1427 Merrill St. and 2735 Lakeside Place.
The agenda for the city council includes two ordinances involving changes to the city code for signs in zoned areas and an update on a request by ConAgra. There will also be council and committee reports and a time for public comment.
