The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold two hearings on Monday, March 3.
The first hearing involves a conditional use permit request from Tammy Miller to allow her to operate a small retail business at her home, located at 417 E. Seventh St. The business involves the sale of primatives and home decor items.
The second request comes from K&W Ventures LLC a/k/a Linda and Bill Kennebeck, who are seeking a variance to allow for construction of a new storage bin on their business property, located at 710 E. 24th St.
The hearings are scheduled for 7 p.m. at Trenton City Hall.
