Forrest L. Shoemaker, 21, Trenton, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of second degree burglary, with trial-setting scheduled for March 13.
Casey S. Welch, 18, Galt, had his cases bound over to the Circuit Division on charges of failing to display valid vehicle license plates, receiving stolen property, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled for arraignment on Feb. 13.
Ronald Hines, 28, Hale, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on charges of non-support. Arraignment is scheduled for March 13.
Amanda P. Hampton, 26, Galt, waived her preliminary hearing and had her case bound over to the Circuit Division on two counts of passing bad checks. Arraignment was set for Feb. 13.
Faron W. Lawrence, 47, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of burglary tools. Those cases were bound over to the Circuit Division, with a charge of driving the wrong direction on the highway certified to the Circuit Division. Arraignment was set for Feb. 13.
Valerie Jo Eagle a/k/a/ Agelica Lopez Matias, 32, address unknown, had a charge of forgery dismissed.
Jacky E. Kennedy, 37, Trenton, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on charges of distribution/delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Arraign-ment was set for Feb. 13.
Jack R. Gathercole, 19, Trenton, had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, and charges of failing to display valid plates on a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle owned by another knowing financial responsibility was not maintained certified to the Circuit Division. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 13.
