Trenton High School Courtwarming coronation will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 4 in the high school gymnasium.
The coronation will take place between the varsity girls and boys basketball games against Lawson. The girls game is at 6 p.m. with the boys game to follow.
Candidates for courtwarming are freshmen Whitley Richman and Connor Cotton, sophomores Daryian Otto and Kail McCarter, juniors McKinley Hurley and Mason Mounce and seniors Chase Tolson, Cassidy Cotton, Lane Beverlin, Makaila Capeder, Layton Harkins and Malinda Foster.
Crownbearers are Sam Wiebers, son of Dan and Tammy Wiebers, and Lillee Dalrymple, daughter of Greg and Andrea Dalrymple.
The courtwarming dance will be held on Friday, Feb. 7 from 8 to 11 p.m. in the high school gym.
The Fellowship of Christian Athletes will be hosting a student lock-in following the dance in the First Assembly of God Church gym from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Students who wish to attend should contact Coach Brandon Boswell or Coach Kasey Bailey by Thursday, Feb. 6. There is no cost to attend.
