The Green Hills Community Action Agency has announced funding for the Winter ECIP program has been exhausted.
Those seeking emergency utility assistance from the CAA will be placed on a waiting list should more funding be made available, but should not depend on the program to pay any past-due bills.
First-time applicants for the winter Emergency Assistance program may still be eligible for one-time assistance with a utility payment. Persons who have not yet filled out an application for EA assistance can still do so. Questions regarding this program should be directed to 855-290-8544, ext. 1.
