Mitch Perry, 32, Platte City, had a charge of failing to yield, after stopping, to a vehicle that had entered the intersection so close as to cause a hazard, dismissed.
Andrew J. Gannon, 27, 204 S. Highway W, pleaded guilty to to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with defective brakes and was fined $200 and $68.50 costs.
