17th Street Bridge Open

Repairs have been made to the 17th Street Bridge, which is now open to traffic.
City Administrator Kerry Sampson said Union Pacific Railroad personnel finished repairs to the bridge, which was opened on Wednesday afternoon. Sampson said that the repair is only temporary until a better patch of asphalt can be placed in the hole on the street.
Sampson said the city appreciates the quick response of the Union Pacific in addressing the situation.
