The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission met briefly on Monday night at city hall, approving a conditional use permit.
The permit was requested by Trisha Linhart to operate a dog grooming business at her residence at 314 W. 11th St. The commission approved the permit, which will now go before the Trenton City Council on Jan. 13 for final approval. Assistant City Clerk Tracy Maberry said there was little discussion concerning the permit request.
