Deborah Tharp, a 104-year-old resident of Trenton, died on Tuesday morning, Dec. 24, 2013 at Wright Memorial Hospital at Trenton.
Private graveside services will be held. Slater Funeral Home of Trenton is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Tharp was born on Nov. 21, 1909 in Mill Grove, the daughter of Joseph Edward and Luna A. Stanturf Fitzpatrick. She attended Mercer County schools. She resided north of Spickard before moving to Trenton in 1991.
She was a member of Spickard Christian Church at Spickard.
She was married at Trenton on Feb. 2, 1932 to Edgar Tharp, who preceded her death on May 22, 1979.
Her survivors include three cousins, Shirley Hudson and Alberta Sibbit, both of Trenton and Dixie Yates of Princeton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Ernest Fitzpatrick.
