A public hearing is scheduled on Tuesday, Jan. 7 regarding the 2014 Grundy County budget.
The hearing, which is held prior to preparation of the budget, will be held at 8:30 a.m. in the county commission room, located on the second floor of the courthouse. The hearing will include the general revenue, road and bridge, assessment, ambulance and law enforcement center funds as well as other funds included in the budget.
A hearing to adopt the budget is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 28, also in the county commission office.
