Robert O. Brannam, a 76-year-old resident of Trenton, died on Monday night, Dec. 9, 2013 at the Sunnyview Nursing Home in Trenton.
The body was cremated under the direction of Slater Funeral Home of Trenton.
Memorial services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013 at the Slater Funeral Home Trenton with Rev. Ron Ratliff officiating.
Mr. Brannam was born on June 9, 1937 in Trenton, the son of Robert LaVerne and Cora Lucille Collins Brannam. He attended Trenton schools and was a retired farmer. He was a member of Laredo Baptist Church in Laredo.
He was married to Margaret Elliott.
His survivors include one son, Robert D. Brannam of Laredo; his mother and step-father, Lucille and Jessie Shuler of Trenton; one grandson, Christopher Brannam of Mooresville; one great-granddaughter, Tinsley Brannam of Meadville; one sister, Nancy Tate and her husband Gary of Laredo,; and one brother, Ronnie Shuler and his wife, Nancy Carol of Letts, IA.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Brannam.
