A veterans benefit event will be held on Friday, Nov. 1 at the Joseph L. Norton VFW Post No. 919 Hall in Trenton.
A veteran’s representative will be at the VFW Hall from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to help veterans and their families. Those attending should bring all of their VA paperwork and military work. A counselor from the veteran’s center will also be at the VFW Hall from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
A similar event is planned on Monday, Nov. 11 at the Trenton Hy-Vee from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will not be a counselor available on that day.
