Karen S. Coon, 27, 1008 McPherson St., pleaded guilty to failing to secure a child less than eight years old in a child restraint system or booster seat and was fined $50.50 and $68.50 costs.
Lucas R. Crowe, 23, Chula, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle annually with the Director of Revenue and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs.
Kathy H. Hoppe, 44, Greentop, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with defective brakes and was fined $200 and $68.50 costs.
Erin Wattenbarger, 17, 13146 Crowder Ct., had a charge of being a person 17 or older willfully violating any provision of Chapter 211 requiring juvenile courts dismissed.
