Daniel James, 26, St. Louis, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a motor vehicle with defective brakes and was fined $141.50 and $58.50 costs.
Paula J. Lillard, 49, Colum-bia, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a motor vehicle with defective brakes and was fined $200 and $58.50 costs.
Having charges of not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle dismissed were Christopher W. Smith, 35, 534 N.E. 18th Ave., and Jess T. Eaton, 60, Camdenton.
Damon C. Smith, 27, Gilman City, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10. He also pleaded guilty to failing to display valid plates on a motor vehicle and were fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Patrick Oyler, 37, Chillicothe, had a charge of non-support dismissed.
