The Wright Memorial Hospital Foundation is asking the citizens of Trenton to please be aware of the runners and walkers in Saturday’s Wright Run. The event gets under way at 8 a.m. and should conclude around 10 a.m. Runners and walkers will follow a trail that includes First Street, Kavanaugh Street, 7th Street, Ridgeway Avenue, Town & Country Lane, Country Club Place, DeBolt Street, Fifth Street and Linn Street. Riverside Country Club will also be closed during that time due to the race route involving the golf course. Those who have pre-registered can pick up their packets at Trenton Hy-Vee Food Store on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. Walk-in registration begins at 7 a.m. on Saturday and the race begins at 8 a.m. at the old WMH medical office building on East First Street.
