Jacky E. Kennedy, 36, 412 Washington St., pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and was sentenced to serve 17 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. A charge of driving while intoxicated: drug intoxication was dismissed.
Lesley J. Honn, 25, Princeton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance. She waived her preliminary hearing and had her case bound over to the Circuit Division, with arraignment set for Oct. 17.
Jeffrey C. Mathews, 34, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to violating a protection order for a child and two charges of passing bad checks. His cases were bound over to the Circuit Division on the check charges and the protection order violation was certified to the Circuit Division. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 17.
Gregory Dana, 56, Brookfield, pleaded guilty to failing to display plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to driving while revoked and was ordered to spend 48 hours in the Grundy County Detention Center and pay $116.50 costs.
Stephanie S. Miller, 38, Galt, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Kenneth J. Pate, 50, Galt, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and an amended charge of driving while revoked and was fined $150 on each charge. He also pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident and was fined $77.50. He is also to pay $116.50 costs.
John R. Smiley, 31, 712 Harris Ave., pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to driving while suspended and was fined $150 and $116.50 costs. A charge of not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle was dismissed.
Robert A. Whitham, 49, Laredo, pleaded guilty to failing to display plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
