Patrick S. Collins, 54, 620 S.W. 20th St., pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license and was fined $76.50 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $51.50 and $58.50 costs.
Robert A. Whitham, 49, Laredo, had a charge of not maintaining financial responsible for a vehicle dismissed.
Lindsey R. Olsen, Lawson, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $200, $116.50 costs and $155.28 restitution. Another charge of passing bad checks was dismissed.
