Calamity Jane Day Celebration Held

Princeton hosted its annual Calamity Jane Day Festival over the weekend. Several events were held. Among the winners of contests provided to the Republican-Times were:
Talent Show
Winners in Saturday’s talent show at the Calamity Jane Day Festival included Felisha Bertrand, first; Aspen Massey, second; and The Tiger Singers, third.
Parade
Mercer County’s oldest veterans, Paul Cridlebaugh, Dale Robertson, Bill Pollard and Winston Sparks, were the grand marshals for the Calamity Jane Day Parade on Saturday.

Pedal Tractor Pull
There were 52 participants in the children’s pedal tractor pull. The top three winners in each age group qualify for the Missouri State Pedal Tractor Pull at next year’s state fair. Winners included:
