Pleading guilty to amended charges of operating a motor vehicle with defective brakes and fined $200 and $58.50 costs were Michael L. Green, 54, Chillicothe; Corey S. Maloney, 19, Hamilton; and Alfred G. Garcia, 37, Kansas City.
Damon C. Smith, 27, Gilman City, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Juan J. Gallegos, 29, 701 W. 10th St., had a charge of stealing by deceit dismissed.
Roland W. Wilmes, 38, Guilford, had a charge of not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle dismissed.
