A service officer from the Veterans Administration will be in Trenton during veterans benefit events scheduled next month.
The first event will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 6 at the VFW Hall while the second is on Monday, Sept. 16 at Hy-Vee Food Store, also from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The service officer will be available to help veterans with benefits and other services available to them. Veterans should bring a copy of their DD-224 and all VA paperwork with them.
