Road Work Planned In Area

The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced the schedule for road work to be done in the area this week.
In Grundy County, Route J will be closed from NE 130th Street to Route JJ (Mercer County) on Tuesday, from NE 120th Street to NE 110th Street on Wednesday and from NE 45th Street to Highway 6 on Thursday for culvert replacement. The closings will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. During the week, spraying, mowing, drainage work and sign operations will take place on various routes.
In Mercer County, pavement repair, sign operations and pothole patching will take place during the week on various routes.
