Fall Trap League Opens

The fall trap league at the trap/skeet range in north Trenton opened Thursday with five teams shooting. Larry Meyers was the top shooter overall, hitting 46-of-50 targets. Melvin Lee hit all 25 targets from the 16-yard line to pace the field from that distance and Dyle Wilson hit 24-of-25 targets from the handicap line to lead the field from that distance.
In the team standings, Farmers Bank and Briegel’s A Team sit tied at first with 173 points each. Triangle C Ranch rounds out the top three with 171 points.
