Boo and Betty Peterie of Laredo will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013. The couple were married on Aug. 29, 1953. They are the parents of three children, Kerry Peterie and his wife, Cindy of Chula, Mike Peterie of Laredo and Lora Jackson and her husband, Les of Galt. Grandchildren include Erica and Don Blue, Lisa and Jeremy Danner, Logan and Meagan Jackson and Tyler and Dani Jackson. Owen Danner is a great-grandson. Cards may be sent to the couple at 102 E.
