Nicola V. Ratkovich, 50, of 910 Linn St., pleaded guilty to no seat belt and was fined $10.
Dale Riddell, 73, Shawnee, KS pleaded guilty to an amended charge of defective equipment and was fined $200 and $58.50 costs. The original charge was speeding.
Randy W. Neeley, 55, Browning, had a charge of not maintaining financial responsibility dismissed.
