A third item has been added to the public hearing agenda of the Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, Aug. 5 at city hall.
Duane Urich is requested a 152-square foot variance to allow him to construct an illuminated sign at the Black Silo Winery, located at 4030 E. 10th St. Hearings are also planned on behalf of requests from Cheri Burchett, who is asking to rezone property at 80 S. Main St. from O-1 open space to R-3 one and two family dwelling lower density, and from Lyn Davenport in care of McDonald’s, who is asking for approval of final plat to consolidate two lots to allow for drive-thru expansion on property located at 1861 East Ninth St.
Hearings are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
