July 11: officers were called to a domestic dispute at an east residence.
July 13: a theft was investigated at a north park.
July 14: officers investigated a report of possession of a controlled substance at a north park. Officers went to an east business and made an arrest for theft, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.
July 15: officers were called to a domestic dispute at a north residence and brought a subject in for civil detoxification from a north residence. Thefts were investigated at an east business and an east residence.
July 16: an arrest was made on a warrant in the downtown area.
