Sabrina Rachelle Yuille filed a petition to have her name changed to Sabrina Rachelle Sharp.
Dewayne Glenn, 44, St. Peters, had a one-day jury trial set for Jan. 10, 2014 on a charge of non-support.
Stacey A. Wilson, 25, 314 Maupin St., pleaded guilty to forgery and had imposition of her sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for five years, with the condition that she serve 10 days of shock time and pay full restitution. Two other charges of forgery were dismissed as was a charge of fraudulent use of a credit/debit device.
Alyssa B. Miller, 31, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to two counts of receiving stolen property and had imposition of her sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for five years.
Daniel M. Betz, 23, 158 E. Fourth St., waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to second degree burglary. His case was set for Aug. 8 and his request for bond modification was denied.
Brandi O. Peniston, 38, Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to passing bad checks and had her case set for Aug. 8.
Feliciana L. Rivera, 22, address unknown, pleaded not guilty to child kidnapping and enticement of a child under the age of 15. He is scheduled to appear in court again Aug. 8.
John D. Ruot, 33, St. Joseph, pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated (persistent offender), driving while suspended and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 12.
Rebecca A. Gamble, 38, 266 Cedar Ln., waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to stealing. Imposition of her sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for five years.
Rhonda K. Boggs, 40, 13779 Forest Ave., waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to second degree burglary and non-support, with sentencing set for Sept. 12.
Having charges dismissed were: Laci M. Dunn, 33, 414 W. 13th Ct., receiving stolen property; Jason D. Crouse, 39, 600 Normal St., unlawful use of a weapon, third degree domestic assault and property damage; Jennifer Koenig, 28, Kansas City, conspiracy to commit forgery; and Ashley L. Hoffman, 23, 101 W. 20th St., stealing.
Lowry W. Vanhoozer, 66, 1902 Cedar St., changed his plea to guilty on a charge of being a sex offender in a park with a pool and/or playground. He was sentenced to serve five years in the Department of Corrections, with execution of the sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years and is to complete a sex offender evaluation and follow all recommendations. He also pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50.

Judge Steven D. Hudson
Trevor R. Ratliff, 16, 320 N.W. 68th, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a motor vehicle with defective brakes and was fined $200 and $58.50 costs.
Associate Civil
CCO Missouri d/b/a Checkcity vs. Sue A. Knapp. The case, which involved breach of contract, was dismissed.
