July 3: officers responded to a domestic dispute in the west part of town and investigated a report of parental kidnapping at a north residence.
July 5: officers investigated a report of a lost animal at a west residence, responded to a domestic dispute at a north residence and were called to an east church to investigate a theft. Nuisance violations were investigated at two east residences and in the north part of town. A murder was investigated at a north residence.
July 6: officers were called to investigate reports of property damage at an east residence and a north residence. An arrest was made for disorderly conduct at a west business.
July 7: a subject was brought in for civil detoxification from the east part of town and officers investigated an incident of possession of a controlled substance in the east part of town. An arrest was made for trespassing at an east residence and a subject was brought in for civil detoxification from the east part of town.
July 8: officers were called to a domestic dispute at a north residence and went to an east business where a subject had violated a court order. A theft was investigated at a south business and officers investigated nuisance violations at an east residence and a south residence.
July 9: officers investigated a report of a runaway juvenile at an east residence and went to a south residence to investigate a report of interference with custody. A suicide attempt was also investigated at an east residence.
